What happens when you craft fine beer and then an extremely talented chef decides to create a 5 course meal around those beers?

An evening you don’t want to miss out on, that’s what happens!

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Drunken Cheese Curds (Beechers cheese curds soaked in Americn Blonde Ale for 14 days). Served with American Blonde Ale
  • Crab & Shrimp with American Blonde Ale and Tomato Gaspacho. Served with American Blonde Ale
  • Braised Chicken in Breakaway IPA (Raviolis stuffed Walla Walla onions w/sweet potato, mascarpone filling).  “Breakaway” Gastrique and Ed’s Red drucken cherries. Served with Breakaway IPA
  • Manila Clams & Chorizo with Ed’s Red, tomato, herbs, white wine and garlic butter.  Served with Ed’s Red
  • Spent Grain Oatmeal Stout Bread Pudding accompanied with Oatmeal Stout Ice-Cream.  Served with Caboose Oatmeal Stout Ale.
Five incredible, mouth watering creations paired with our amazing beer.
Meet both creators, enjoy good company and treat your palates to an evening you won’t soon forget!
