Beer for breakfast?

Contemplating the Oatmeal Stout mixture.

We love it when a plan comes together!

After all of the stress of construction, it’s time to finally let Skip do his thing!  He is trying a new recipe for a stout we are calling Breakaway Caboose.  The aroma from the mash tun was a combination of oatmeal and coffee, see…beer is too appropriate for breakfast!
